A u instructions ([url]http://travel.state.gov/pdf/DV_2014_Instructions.pdf[/url]) stoji samo recent (ne i to 6 meseci).
Who knows, mozda je bolje da su <6 meseci, za svaki slucaj, ali ne vidim zasto bi to bilo neophodno...

Btw. u tom Photo Validator-u pise i da treba da se vide ramena a na pola onih njihovih primera (koji su correct) se ljudima ne vide ramena. I ja sam ispao skoro kao onaj koreanac, samo sto su mi glava i vrat veci a telo se jos manje vidi (ali se uklapa u ovo - [url]http://travel.state.gov/_res/flash/cropper/FIG_cropper.html#[/url])
