We are aware of a technical issue where the system sometimes does not accept a correct Alien Number or DOS Case ID number. You may only pay this fee online through USCIS ELIS. However, you may pay the fee before or after your entry into the United States. Please do not create other USCIS accounts in an attempt to pay the Immigrant Fee. Creating other USCIS accounts will not fix the technical issue.
