It seems there is a technical problem and the engineers from KCC are working hard to fix the issue... there is a problem with showing the winning page to the DV-2016 winners... the rumours are saying that the winners are the ones who are seeing the message "Session timed out"... there is nothing official!! just keep on checking this FB page and we will post here any official message from KCC! Good luck to everybody! There is still a chance for everyone who has applied to DV-2016...
