I did warn about this a couple of weeks ago. There were few cases scheduled between 14k and 21k - so the backlog was bound the bite at some point. I spoke with KCC the other day, they do feel they are getting on top of the backlog but still have a great number of people who have not submitted documents, or have submitted incomplete sets. That is obviously still an issue in AF region - hence why they carried on good VB progression.
Dakle, razlog za ovakvu progresiju u AF regiji je to sto je odaziv ljudi na slanje dokumentacije los. Sa druge strane, Evropa je region koji obicno mnogo promptnije reaguje na sve promjene itd tako da je moguce da se zbog toga desio taj backlog i da su ljudi prezatrpali KCC. Sem toga, januar i februar su ovdje bili zestoko pod praznicima, na drzavnom nivou se nije radilo ni za Martin Luther King Day, ni juce za Presidents day tako da je valjda sve to uticalo.
