Ako dobro razumem, advokati traže da se rok produži do 30.09.2021., sudija kaže da je i on nešto slično mislio, dok vlada stoji pri stavu da dv vize ne mogu biti izdate posle kraja fiskalne godine.

Judge Mehta is acknowledging there is a pending motion for expedited discovery, filed by us in #DrMvTrump, and is giving Gov until 8/11 to respond to that, he'll make decision on it on 8/12.
Judge Mehta is consolidating all the cases - also- this is not combining the cases- it's a procedural vehicle so that all the filings will be on the same docket. Good for efficiency.
