Ovo je update od 17. septembra, a u međuvremenu je doneta presuda po kojoj je ostavljeno 9095 viza za izdavanje posle 30. septembra, ali mislim da još uvek nije utvrđeno na koji način će se te vize izdavati i da li će se uopšte izdavati. U svakom slučaju to bi trebalo da se reši do kraja godine, tako da i dalje postoji nada.

We do not know yet when the additional 9,095 visas will be processed, as that will depend on the schedule for further litigation in the district court that will be set by the judge. Our best guess is that it will take at least several months. The schedule the judge sets will include a date for us to file a “motion for a final injunction,” which will include additional evidence and arguments about why the visas should be processed regardless of the immigration ban.
After that, the court will issue what’s called a “final judgment” in the case, which could also take some time. Only then will the additional 9,095 visas be processed."

Dakle, taj broj viza je samo rezervisan, a sudija tek treba da donese finalnu odluku po tom pitanju, jos nista nije reseno, a slucaj kao takav moze da se razvlaci po sudu mesecima, sto i sami kazu "it will take at least several months".
Ne bih sirila ni optimizam, a ni pesimizam. Mozda nesto i izboksuju, ali treba biti realan i ne donositi zivotne odluke u odnosu na to, jer mi se cini da to moze da potraje... Nada postoji... Na kraju, sudija ima zadnju rec...
