@Zana sta god si uzela prije nego si napisala ovaj iznad post, posalji i meni. Salim se malo. Nisam razumio ni rijeci, ali izgleda d a se vi poznajete od ranije.


A sad back to the topic. Ovo sam nasao uz pomoc googleta:

US citizens and resident aliens are taxed on their worldwide income. The gain will be taxed as a long-term capital gain at the 15% tax rate since you owned the property for more than a year. If you lived in the property for at least 24 months in the 5-year period ending on the date of sale, then you could exclude the gain of up to $250,000. The taxes you paid to the other country would qualify you for a foreign tax credit on your US return.

Dakle ako si zivjela u kuci bar 24 mjeseca u zadnjih 5 godina prije nego si prodala kucu mogu ti "odvaditi" 250.000, a ako si bila udata i do $500.000.
Nadam se za tvoje dobro da vrijednost tvoje kuce ne premasuje ovaj iznos.
