We're proud to announce that late last night, the Immpact team filed the Goh v. Blinken complaint in the US District Court for the District of Columbia on behalf of our DV-2021 plaintiffs. The government has completely failed in its administration of the DV-2021 program and we are honored to fight for your chance to get your visas and complete your move to the United States.
Stay tuned for further communications about the case. Please try to refrain from sending individual emails requesting confirmation that you were included in the complaint. If you got confirmation that your payment was taken OR if you were an Anuniciato DV-2021 plaintiff, you have been included. There are no "stray" payments that were not linked with a plaintiff. If you are receiving this AND you never made a payment AND you were not an Anunciato plaintiff, it may be because you completed our engagement letter, but did not follow up. We may still have the ability to add plaintiffs, but we do not want to delay the case and would need to hear from you within the next two days.
The next steps in the case are the filing of a motion for a preliminary injunction or a motion for summary judgment. We will make strategy decisions on which type of motion to file as we compile the evidentiary record. We will reach out to you individually if we need anything from you. The one exception is that if you previously sent an unsigned version of your declaration, please send a signed version to
