Mozda ne vide svi isto, cak i kada je napisano crno na belo. Mene zivo zanima gde si ti ovde video da se uopste pominje Diversity Visa Lottery, njeno ukidanje, promena dosadasnjih pravila ili bilo sta drugo sto je u vezi sa dobijanjem zelene karte ovim putem. Koliko sam ja mogao da shvatim iz predlozenog amandmana, govori se samo o ukidanju brojcanih ogranicenja za zelene karte dobijene na osnovu poslovne kvalifikacije, pri cemu se ne ogranicavaju kvote za pojedine zemlje, ukoliko mogu da ponude veci broj visoko kvalifikovanih radnika, osim dve zemlje sa najvecim brojem imigranata iz prethodne fiskalne godine, kao i o ogranicavanju broja zelenih karata po zemlji na osnovu rodbinskih veza, kako bi se sprecio prevelik ulazak imiogranata samo iz jedne zemlje i omogucila ravnopravna raspodela zelenih karata rodbini iz svih zemalja sveta (opet, sa izuzetkom dve najzastuplenije iz prethodne fiskalne godine). Ovime se regulise sledece: ako neka zemlja moze da ponudi veliki broj kvalifikovanih radnika, kvote ne vaze i svi ce dobiti GC, prema potrebama i zeljama USA, a ako zelis da dovedes mamu, tatu, brata, sestru i ostalu rodbinu, onda vaze kvote po zemljama, kako bi se ocuvala raznovrsnost imigracije i kako se ne bi forsirala samo jedna ili dve nacije.
Kao poslednje, naslov ovog amandmana je "H.R. 3012: Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2011", sto samo po sebi govori da se radi o tome da se omoguci pravednija imigracija kvalifikovanim radnicima na osnovu kvalifikacije, a ne kvota po zemljama.

Tako je ali se ukidanjem kvota dovodi u pitanje smisao DV programa. Tako se bar prica po forumima u US-a.

Ajde da onda ne prejudiciramo stvar, prvo treba amandman da bude usvojen, da stupi na snagu, da da nekakve rezultate koji su merljivi, pa tek onda da utice pozitivno ili negativno na DV Lottery. To sto neki pricaju po nekim forumima nije nikakav dokaz ili razlog za strepnju, dokle god ne bude zvanicnih vesti ili barem inicijativa da se nesto promeni. Sa druge strane, ako sam dobro shvatio taj predlozeni amandman, on ne govori da treba da se poveca dosadasnja UKUPNA kvota za "skilled professionals", vec samo da se promeni nacin distribucije dosadasnjeg broja - umesto da unutar ukupnog broja zelenih karata postoje kvote po zemljama, pa kakvi god da su im strucnjaci, da ubuduce prednost imaju oni koji su zaista potrebni trzistu rada u USA, pa makar i do 85% godisnje bilo iz jedne jedine zemlje (koja ce sledece fiskalne godine biti uskracena za tu privilegiju zbog povecanog useljenja u prethodnoj). Sa druge strane, princip kvota (ali opet u vec ranije odredjenom broju zelenih karti) kod imigranata koji se useljavaju po rodbinskim vezama bice jos striktnije raspodeljen po zemljama, kako bi sve nacije imale priliku da se dosele i izmesaju u americkom melting potu.
Ako ima neki pravnik koga ne mrzi da ovo proveri, bilo bi lepo, jer mi samo nagadjamo, a nema potrebe da se siri defetizam i ljudi dovode u laznu brigu da ce GC lutrija biti ukinuta.

Ovo je takva gomila budalastina da samo najnaivniji i potpuno neobavesteni mogu da se upecaju. Dobijes zelenu kartu i to ti je to, za ostalo se snadji. Zar je mala stvar da ti neko da legalno pravo da boravis i radis u USA, jos bi i obezbedjen posao, zdravstveno osiguranje i stan??? Slatko me nasmeja...

Gde nadje bas 889 dolara? Naravno, viza nije garantovana ako te izvuku, tek nakon razgovora u Ambasadi se donosi odluka, a pare za vizu placas pre tog razgovora i to u Ambasadi, nikako slanje nepoznatoj osobi u drugoj zemlji. Bliza i dalja rodbina moze da se ubrise za vize, jer se jasno definise ko moze da dobije na tvoje ime (bracni drug, sitna deca). Nema mama, tata, brace, sestara, a da ne govorimo o stricevini, ujcevini i ostalima.

Vidi ga sad, pojeftinila taksa pred kraj pisma. Magare koje je ovo sastavilo cak ne ume da bude dosledan, pa navodi razlicite cifre za processing fee.

Sve u svemu, suvise je ocigledno da bi se iko upecao.

Sto se takse tice, pojeftinila je od prosle godine i iznosi nesto vise od $300!!! Ni to se nisu potrudili da promene, sto ne bi uzeli vise :==D: ?
