Nije moguće da niko iz DV-2020 ima intervju ove godine, intervjui bi trebali početi tek za 90+ dana...

Što znači da će oni uporedno zakazivati DV-2020 i DV-2021, a poznavajući brzinu KCC-a iz proteklih godina, ovo je cirkus u najavi :=V::;D:

Nadam se da ce dv2021 bolje proci, tj na vreme ce tuziti ukoliko od januara Tramp produzi ban. Bar da ljudi dobiju vize. Jos se nista ne zna ali 9k viza nije fer. Da je dao 20 bar pa da se nadamo..:udri:

Realno, i 9000 je bolje nego nista, samo mi nije bas jasno kako dodje do bas te brojke.

Drzim palceve svima vama iz 2020 generacije da upadnete u tu kvotu od 9k!

Note: #KennedyvTrump plaintiffs will have access to the 9,095 diversity visa numbers, but they will not have priority. Our team's focus will be to use our mandamus case (which still exist) to getting our plaintiffs into embassies for interviews as soon as possible

Znači nećeš imati nikakav prioritet ali i dalje će te zastupati i pokušati ubrzati... Ali svejedno sa tim tvojim case numberom ne bi trebalo biti problema da dođeš na red... Puno je rupa a 9000 viza nije mali broj. :obrva:

Znam tebra za ovo sto je izbacio, bice neko saslusanje sad za njegov case 13og ovog meseca pa cemo videti sta ce biti. Hvala na optimizmu svakako. Oteglice se ovo, tek cemo videti kako ce se i kada ce se krenuti sa procesom i da li ce uopste krenuti.. xD Svakako saljemo prijave za DV22 #noban :aa::aa::aa::aa::aa:

Meni samo nije jasno zbog čega se čeka 90 dana. Logičnije bi bilo da je dat rok od 90 dana da se sve završi, a ne da tek za 90 dana počne ceo proces.

Kazu da su 7000 kejsova ready? Wtf? Pa ako je tako, mi koji smo spremni za intervju u kcc nemamo nikakve sanse xD

Evo šta kaže AILA vezano za presudu. Izbacio je i BritSimon video, ali iskreno nisam ga pogledao, ali verovatno je malo detaljnije objasnio ovo dole napisano.

Matori moj case je 2020EU00023... pa evo nisu me pozvali na intervju.
Vidjeh da si se prijavio na lawsuite, sta predlazes da ja uradim?

Thank you for your email regarding the scheduling of a Diversity Immigrant Visa interview appointment.

Consistent with the court order in Gomez v. Trump, the Department of State is making a good-faith effort to adjudicate as many Diversity Visa applications as possible notwithstanding Presidential Proclamation 10014. Please note, however, the DV-2020 Program expires on September 30, 2020 and, in accordance with law, diversity visas may no longer be issued after that date. The Department expects that, due to resource constraints, limitations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and country conditions, we will not be able to adjudicate applications for all Diversity Visa selectees by that expiration date.

As ordered by the court, we are prioritizing individual named plaintiffs in the court case Gomez v. Trump and its companion cases who are applying for Diversity Visas. Beyond that, we have established priorities based on statutory standards and categories of cases most likely to result in timely issuances for eligible applicants. Accordingly, we are prioritizing applicants who have already been interviewed and who either have been determined eligible for a visa or may be determined eligible for a visa with additional information. We will also prioritize applicants with appointments that were cancelled in March, April, or May due to the COVID-19 pandemic and worldwide suspension of routine processing. Diversity Visa Selectees who have heard from the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) that they are documentarily qualified, but awaiting an interview date, will be scheduled in accordance with their rank order and post’s capacity, consistent with our standard processes. Registration for the 2022 Diversity Visa program (DV-2022) begins on or near October 7, 2020. Individuals who submit more than one entry during the registration period will be disqualified. The website at dvlottery.state.gov will be the only way to register for DV-2022. Entries will NOT be accepted through the U.S. Postal Service.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.
