Mislim da nemas opciju slanja pp prije nego postas odredjeni broj postova? Neka me neko ispravi za ovo gore.
Evo sto mogu da kazem sto se tice radne vize:
1. kad se nadje poslodavac koji je voljan da sponzorira nekog za radnu vizu: kad se posalje aplikacija, stane se u "red" za istu, da se tako izrazim (u febuaru su na redu oni iz 22FEB06).
2. Zavisno od datuma kad je primljena aplikacija onda se ceka minimalno 6 godina da bi viza bila dostupna.
3. Sa radnom vizom male su sanse da se dobije zelena karta, (jer poslodavce opet puno kosta)

Form I-140 is used to petition U.S. Citizenship and

which qualified workers are not available in the United
States.
In addition, any employer, person, or third party may file this
petition, including the alien beneficiary of the petition if the
petition is being filed for:
1. An alien of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts,
education, business, or athletics demonstrated by sustained
national or international acclaim and whose achievements
have been recognized in the field; or
2. A member of the profession holding an advanced degree or
is claiming exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or
business, and is seeking an exemption of the requirement
of a job offer in the national interest, generally known as a
"national interest waiver" or "NIW."
