A kako dobiti ovu potvrdu iz Norveske i Italije kada vise nemam nikakve veze sa ovim zemljama (barem sa Norveskom, italiju bih mogao nekako iz petnih zila da kontaktiram) a ziveo sam tamo duze od 6 meseci?

Ukucaš Norway i onda pogledaš informacije za dokument koji ti već treba. Pa recimo sa potvrdu o nekažnajvanju piše ovo:

Police, Court, Prison Records
Police Records
Available. Applications can be made in person at the police station in the applicant's place of residence. If the applicant no longer lives in Norway, an application may be made by mail. The application must include a photo, ID card with personal number, and a reason for the request. Addresses and phone numbers for Norwegian police stations can be found at
www.politi.no. Select the appropriate county (fylke) from the list "Hvor vil du?" Alternatively, applicants may send their information to the Police Directorate at Politidirektoratet, Postbox 8051 Dep. 0031, Oslo. The record is valid for the entire country. Processing time is about 14 days.
Court Records
Available. Court records, retts og domsdokumenter, can be obtained from the court before which the case was tried. It consists of a judicial summation of the case and the judgment and sentence handed down. Older records may be held at the State Archives.
Prison Records
Available. A prison record, fengselsattest, may be obtained from the prison where the sentence was served.

Ja sam recimo vadila potvrdu o nekažnajvanju u Njemačkoj.
Otišla na stranicu Min. pravosuđa, našla formular, odštampala, odnjela u Njemačku ambasadu na ovjeru svog potpisa; platila u banci admin. takse za izradu potvrde i sve to poslala poštom u Bonn.
Gotova potvrda mi je poslata nazad poštom.
