Stigao mi je odgovor od KCC kada sam pitao za status case-a. Juče poslao upit, danas odgovorili.

Your forms have been received and pending further embassy review for the continuation of your visa processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2018 program will begin in October 2017 and conclude on September 30, 2018. Please refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check http://www.dvlottery.state.gov.

This one means your DS260 forms have completed processing. If your case number is already current, you will get scheduled for interview in the next batch. If your number is not current you will get scheduled once your number goes current.

Znači obrazac je obrađen i sledeći korak je zakazivanje intervjua kada broj postane current, ja bih dodao ako postane current. Ovaj odgovor donekle daje neku nadu u pozitivan ishod, ukoliko je tačno da od ove godine drugačije obrađuju obrasce, mada ne mora ništa da znači. U svakom slučaju bolji je odgovor od onog “Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing." Taj odgovor znači da obrazac još uvek nije obrađen.
