Lepo je videti da je birokratija svuda ista. Bio sam ubedjen da su celokupni administracioni troskovi vec uracunati u 330$ ali iznenadjenjima nikad kraja.

Ma samo da mi je da dobijem GC pa neka bude i 1000$, samo da me nema u Srbiji

Pa to mu ga dodje kao kod nas ova snizenja, samo kod njih obrnutim tokom, oni spustili jednu taksu, pa izmislili drugu :)

Imam zakazan intervju za 16.01.2013. godine, a jos uvek nisam izvadio ni jedan od potrebnih dokumentata.... doduse, neke imam ali stari do 6 meseci! Da li neko zna, koliko smeju koji dokumenti da budu stari, odnosno gde mogu da nadjem da je napisano... npr: Izvod iz kaznene evidencije, izvodi iz sudova da se ne vodi postupak... da budu stari npr. do 6 meseci, ili do 30 dana, ili...

Mislim da ne treba da budu stariji od 3 meseca, ali najbolje pozovi ambasadu sutra pa pitaj!

Ako hoces da dobijes tacnu informaciju jedino ako nazoves nadlezne ili procitas zakonik. Mislim da niko ne zna odgovor sa sigurnoscu. Nagadjam kao i ostali, ali mislim da ne sme nista da bude starije od 3 meseca.

About the Fee

Foreign nationals who seek permanent residence in the United States and receive an immigrant visa will need to pay a USCIS Immigrant Fee beginning February 1, 2013.

The new fee of $165 was established in USCIS’s final rule adjusting fees for immigration applications and petitions announced on Sept. 24, 2010. USCIS has worked closely with the Department of State (DOS) to implement the new fee which allows USCIS to recover the cost of processing that is performed in the United States after immigrant visa holders receive their visa packages from DOS and are admitted to the United States.

Note: Applicants will now have two separate fees to pay. They are still required to pay the DOS visa application processing fee, and will now also have to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee.

What the Fee Covers

The immigrant fee will cover the cost of USCIS staff time to handle, file and maintain the immigrant visa package, and the cost of producing and delivering the permanent resident card.

Who Needs to Pay the Fee

[B]Any individual who on or after February 1, 2013 receives an immigrant visa package from a United States consulate or embassy abroad (including Canada and Mexico) will pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee.[/B]Intercountry Adoptions

The fee does not apply to those entering the United States under intercountry adoptions programs.

Children admitted into the United States under the Orphan or Hague Adoptions Process are currently exempt from paying the USCIS Immigrant Fee; however, USCIS will consider the cost of processing immigrant visas issued by the DOS for the Orphan and Hague process the next time there is an adjustment to the fee schedule.

When and How to Pay the Fee

Applicants must pay this fee online through the USCIS website. Applicants should submit payments after they receive their visa package from DOS and before they depart for the United States.

Applicants can electronically submit the fee by answering the questions on the USCIS website by providing their:

checking account information, or
debit or credit card information.
All check payments must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

If the applicant is unable to make this payment, another person can make this payment on the applicant’s behalf.

[B]Failure to Pay

The applicant will not receive a green card until the required USCIS Immigrant fee is paid.[/B]Failure to pay does not affect the lawful status of the applicant. The applicant will have their passport stamped showing their lawful admission and permanent resident status. This stamp is valid for one year but it is strongly advised that new permanent residents pay the immigrant fee as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving their Permanent Resident Card.

Da li ovo znaci da se ukupna cena koja se placa prilikom razgovora u ambasadi smanjuje na 165 dolara, ili se ovih 165 dodaje na postojecih 330 dolara? Pitanje se odnosi na lutrijske dobitnike imigrantske vize.

Ova naknada se dodaje na postojecih 330$ i placa se u Americi, preko neke od njihovih banaka. Samo ne znam da li se to odnosi i na broj socijalnog, tipa ne platis, ne dodele ti broj. Kriza drma sve drzavne institucije, bilo gde u svetu.:==D:

Koliko sam ja razumela, placa se online preko USCIS-ovog sajta i to nakon dobijanja vize a pre odlaska u Ameriku. Bar je tako preporucljivo. Ako ne platis nece da ti ukinu vizu, ali moze da dodje do odlaganja i kasnjenja Permanent Resident Card-a....
