broj izvucenih po zemljama?
evo i ja se prijavila veceras, zadnji dan.. to mi je inace drugi put da se prijavljujem na dv program... zadnji put sam pretprosle godine... i naravno nisam dobila...
 nego dangubim malo po stranicama za prijavu na dv program i gledam rezultate za dv-2009... pa me zanima jel netko zna kako se to odredjuje, tj po cemu odredjuju koliko ce ljudi iz koje zemlje izvuci? npr., vidim da na stranici (rezultati za dv-2009) http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigra...ypes_4317.html da njemacka ima strasno puno izvucenih (1,973)... francuska takodjer (738).. za razliku od te dvije zemlje hrvatska ima samo 75, a srbija 656.. jel bi to znacilo da se jednostavno iz njemacke najvise ljudi prijavilo (pa je i najvise izvucenih) ili neke zemlje imaju prednost pred drugima? ma cisto me zanimalo.. onak...

Kvote se odredjuju po broju primljenih imigranata iz tih zemalja u proteklih 5 godina. Ukoliko je emigriralo vise od 50 hiljada, ta zemlja nema pravo ucesce. Sto je vise imigranata iz te zemlje, manje prijavljenih izvlace iz te zemlje u okviru DV programa. Mozda postoje jos neki parametri, nisam sigurna. To je njihov zvanicno objasnjenje, a mozda postoji i nesto drugo...
